RALEIGH, NC – Roy Cooper today announced raising more than $14.5 million in the third quarter of 2025. This is the largest amount ever raised during a U.S. Senate challenger campaign’s first quarter and raised in only 65 days since the campaign launched. The Cooper Victory Fund and Cooper for North Carolina raised a combined total of $14.5 million, with Cooper for North Carolina raising more than $10.8 million directly to the campaign.
This record-breaking number reflects the growing enthusiasm in North Carolina for the governor’s campaign: More than 90 percent of donations were $100 or less and contributions came from all 100 counties in North Carolina.
