NEW SPOT: Dan Forest is “Wrong” for North Carolina

RALEIGH — Cooper for NC released another new spot, “Wrong,” highlighting Dan Forest’s spread of dangerous misinformation in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, including his false claims that North Carolina’s curve has always been flat, young people aren’t impacted by this virus, and that masks do not work with viruses.

Liz Doherty, Cooper for NC spokesperson, said, “Dan Forest is the wrong choice for North Carolina, as he continues to spew dangerous misinformation instead of putting the health and safety of North Carolinians first.”
